Refuse to Honor RAF Program

Part of this is a promo to get a credit for myself an the friend. Mint Mobile does not honor the program and refuses to offer the credit even though we have proof we used their process! AVOID!

But the biggest issue is that it does not work underground in the metro. I commute using Bart (in the east bay) and there is no connection once I get underground.

Chrome, youtube, and google maps are basically unusable. Phone and texting actually work though. Very angry I'm stuck with this useless service for 90 days

Customer support couldn't help at all and I couldn't even get a refund. Mint mobile has terrible security and customer support. It's not worth it. I would do a chargeback if I could.
