I chat with an AI and I was transferred to a service called JUSTANSWER which charged me $5 and was not able to install it. We wasted more than 30 minutes. Finally I returned it to Best Buy and they refunded the purchase price. Later my Credit Card was charged by JUSTANSWER for an extra $55 for membership. I had to call them to refund the membership. Waste of Time

The quality of regular communication is much better. Internet speed is the same. Experience using Mint for about a month. My friends and family are also planning to switch to Mint.

I was all over Boston and it was horrible I switched to Verizon after a month of this nonsense. I think it's worth it as a phone plan and if you don't need it to watch videos or depend heavily on GPS.
