Great for casual phone use.

Good Service and low cost make it great if you're trying to save money. The only downside is the low data, 5GB. If your using your phone for any streaming services music or video this might not be enough for you.

Why can i purchase a product that isnt actually available and it goes through my account? So then i have to wait 10 days for my $$ back or find another location its in. Which in my case took 4 trys and driving to a location over an hour and 20 min away. Dont charge for a purchase until you actually pull it from the shelf. Orherwise kinda fraud.

The plan and data rate is really the best out there. Used to use Xfinity Mobile, but this is almost a 3rd of the cost and I thought they were cheap! Only gripe is if you are around a lot of users on T-Mobile you can get some poor service. It only happened to me once so far though, during a traffic jam.

Then it took almost a week of back and forth calls with Mint about activating my new SIM and phone till we figured out that the SIM I was sent was defective.

So if you are trying it out like I was planning to do be warned. Also their website is not always correct when checking what phone model works. Just save yourself the trouble. Best Buy doesn’t refund on sims either.
