The phone service has been very reliable and easy to use. Setup was simple, and the connection has been clear for calls and data. I have not experienced major issues with signal, and the service works well for everyday use like calling, texting, and browsing. this is a awesome survive i like it a lot i just have some issues with calling and receiving that also data is fast over 50mps sometime 110 same as upload but to 70 to 40 i like it very much and thanks i will pay for another mouth since i got no real job i cant switch to guarantee no interruption on Verizon since they have coverage everywhere in most places but 10mps to 15

So I needed to switch phone plans because my previous phone carrier kept raising their prices and just had bad services at certain times. That's when I kept seeing ads for this phone carrier and when I saw that BestBuy had this, i thought why not just give it chance and see how it'll work in my area. So far it has been great and just keeps getting better with more addictions they have added during the time I've had it. Overall it's been great in my day to day usage.

Needed phone connectivity as arriving from overseas and this Mint 3 month plan gave me unlimited data, calls and texts without having to sign up for 12 months+. Allowed us to confirm the service was good in the area without buyers remorse. So far we have had no issues and customer service has been excellent. Only recommendation was that we were not able to select a new number as one was assigned to us automatically. Would be nice to be able to have at least a couple of numbers to choose from. Overall highly recommend them. If you know someone already with a Mint plan or looking to sign up, you can them recommend them and get money back (to both of you) so think about that before joining.

Pro: So this is a great deal, with basically equivalent service to verizon in my area. Cons: below par customer service, phones may not work correctly on mints service (calling and texting fine but wireless internet doesn't work). So make sure your phone is 100% compatible before making the switch.

I switched from T-Mobile to Mint. It's much less expensive. It uses the T-Mobile towers dor service anyway. Theoretically, I'm a lower priority on those towers, but I haven't seen any more issues than when I was on T-Mobile. Highly recommend.

the plan is very convenient for me because I travel for extended periods and I would like to keep a US phone number but I don't want to be tied up in contract with phone companies . the only issue I have is the cell coverage is not so good in some of parts of south of Virginia.

Got this on a flash sale porting over from Xfinity Mobile. Item came quickly and as I'm permanently working from home I rarely use data so 3GB is more than enough. Activation is fast and easy and the service is T-Mobile so if it's good where you live, you won't have issues. App to track data usage is great. Great value and solid service, highly recommended.

I'll give Mint a 4 star review only because they do not offer domestic roaming. Had this been a part of their system I would have given it 5 stars. And even though I researched this before jumping from VZ there web site for coverage only says they use the TMobile towers. YOu really have to look deep to find out there is no domestic roaming. I live in a rural area and I constantly need domestic roaming. The phone will not work when domestic roaming is required. For me, turning onto another street could be considered domestic roaming. If this does not change I will have to go elsewhere when my year is up.

Very easy to activate to use. So far the signal and internet connection is good. I will consider to purchase another one for my family. The folks from San Carlos Best Buy was very helpful to solve the oolong shortage issue.

Honestly, returned item. Just changed my mind. I hope this doesn't keep me from being entered into the drawing for the $400 gift card. I could sure use it. Everyone that has helped me at Best Buy this year has been really great and extremely helpful and (because I can be a pain when i'm frustrated) extremely patient. I don't know if anyone really reads these but I really do appreciate the crew at the Best Buy (east side, Evansville Indiana) they have Always been helpful and extremely patient. Not many places that i have shoped in recent years can say that so in my opinion the folks working at this branch deserve a big pat on the back and maybe a raise. Thanks again

Working is fine in Florida, but there some issues which are longer lags when dialing calls compared to ATT, DATA is fine. Mint changes compatible phone lists(VoLTE phones only) frequently. Customer service is not so great.
