Difficulty activating the mint service to the phon

However she did not provide me with the deal I requested for. Even though I received a 45 this doesn't add up to the deal I requested for. 3 months is equel to 90 dollars and not 45 dollars. When I called customer service for mint mobile, the nice young lady said that they would have provided the correct chip for my phone that is 6 months for 90 dollars.

And when you want to recharge after 3 months they want to charge you $120 for 3 months .

Not totally happy with the connection time and quality of service. Conversations break-up over 50 percent of the time.

All is done through the app, which is well designed. For new cusomers joining Mint Mobile its a great price but beware that when renewing your plan it will cost more.

My Mint Mobile cards came inactive

I purchased 4 of them. 1 out of 4 were actually able to work!!! I was very disappointed for the terrible service because they made me miss out on the 12 month service plans that were on sale by sending me inactive or as customer service called it "bad cards". Not happy. My time and loss of service were never made up for and I do not see any compensation for my time. Terrible. Will never shop Best Buy again after this experience.

Not good for people in the country area
