    Easy Set up but I needed a better area of coverage

    The coverage in my area was not very good. I was getting only 3G Service but overall the Sim Card installation and set up were very easy. If I had a better location, I would definitely have been a Huge Fan.

    Since I purchased the 90 day plan my data speeds have hovered around 0.5 MB/s. And that's when the data works at all. Mint Mobile said that I don't qualify for their "No questions asked" return policy since I got the sim card / plan from a retailer (the loudly touted return policy is only good if you buy directly from Mint). Best Buy has a no refund policy on sim card kits. I've called Mint Mobile something like six times (I've probably spent 3-4 hours on the phone with them) and get nothing but empty platitudes. As soon as I can afford it, I'll be switching back to my previous carrier.

    No customer service! Tried phone support 3 times and got nowhere. Tried finding a real live person to help, apparently supposed to be available in select Target stores, but we tried 6 different stores and no Mint Mobile rep at any of them.

    Mint Mobile Team Rep, Since Best Buy gave no indication (not even on the production images) of the need to activate service within 45 days the little note on the back of your packaging came as a surprise. This SIM says I have until 10/15/2024 and my current service live for months more than those 45 days. Which is true?

    Attempted over 5 times to activate and could not successfully port my number over, no success. Then they wouldn't issue new activation number or give refund. $180 gone

    I bought this as an Easter gift. The plan was for it to arrive on April 22. It still hasn’t arrived. Fortunately Mint is having the same sale on their website for the same price. I was able to buy it there. The Mint service is excellent they stay with you on the phone until all issues are resolved. The service is the best I have experienced

    Don't waste your money.

    I purchased a 3 month promotional plan. It took almost 2 days to get connected to the network. Due to a family emergency, I did not spend much time on my phone for about a week. Then, I realized I only get good service when I am connected to wifi. I generally only get 3 bars outside, and if I'm not connected to wifi, texts often won't send, calls will drop, and instead of calls coming in, people are sent straight to voicemail, which I don't always receive unless i restart my phone several times a day. Yes, my phone is listed as compatible with their network, and i had none of these problems with my previous carrier. They claim to have excellent service in Topeka, KS, but i don't know anyone that would call 3 bars, excellent. Customer service is a joke. They tell you to do the same things over and over, with no resolution, and they refuse to give refunds outside of the initial 7 days post-purchase. Do not waste your time or money. They company couldn't care less that they do not provide a quality product. It wouldn't surprise me if a lot of their money is made off people like me that they refuse to refund.

    Card and numbers were missing when i got home. Returned for a refund. They also found other cards missing from packaging still on shelves. Checkbbefore you leave store

    I told the sales person I wanted the deal where I pay 3 months and I get free three months. However she did not provide me with the deal I requested for. Even though I received a 45 this doesn't add up to the deal I requested for. 3 months is equel to 90 dollars and not 45 dollars. When I called customer service for mint mobile, the nice young lady said that they would have provided the correct chip for my phone that is 6 months for 90 dollars.

    Three times I tried to purchase this product . Store manager assistant manager cashiers cannot check me out. They reordered it for me and the same thing happened again.

    I bought it and opened it. There was no sim card inside. I inquired about returning it but the associate hadn't assigned it to my account. Worst Christmas gift ever.

    I bought the plan for 3 months thinking that I’m getting a good deal on unlimited $90 for 3 months but it’s terrible ,the internet do not work at all ,it’s so slow ,I can’t wait to switch back . And when you want to recharge after 3 months they want to charge you $120 for 3 months .

    If I could give a '-star', I would, Mint is only interested in grabbing your money, that is where the customer service stops (at least that is what I went through). I accidentally tried to activate a phone that was still locked to another carrier, so had to port my number from Mint within the same day (didn't even get to make a single call or data/texts etc.). When I contacted them back to see if I could use the SIM/6months service package on another phone, they flatly refused. I even said I can pay for a new SIM, just let me reuse my unused (remaining) 4-5 months, answer was flatly 'NO'!
