Mint uses T-mobile as there backbone and it is my belief that T-Mobile therefore places Mint customers in line AFTER T-mobile to receive secondary service. Not totally happy with the connection time and quality of service. Conversations break-up over 50 percent of the time.

Absolutely horrible experience ordered three of these one right after another and you kept getting an expired Sim card after the third try I didn’t bother anymore

I don't have a choice to provide -ve rating. Mint mobile service is very very poor, randomly I don't even get ring for incoming calls. When I called customer service they asked to turn off call forwarding feature which I did but issue still persists. Even calls are getting failed when I'm in middle of conversation with someone. I'm in a area where any providers could get the best coverage. I had no issues with any of previous providers. Now im stuck with this service for a while, but I highly recommend NOT to use this service.

My cards came inactive and I spent hours trying to rectify it. I purchased 4 of them. 1 out of 4 were actually able to work!!! I was very disappointed for the terrible service because they made me miss out on the 12 month service plans that were on sale by sending me inactive or as customer service called it "bad cards". Not happy. My time and loss of service were never made up for and I do not see any compensation for my time. Terrible. Will never shop Best Buy again after this experience.

I was unable to activate the card. I contacted Mint Mobile customer service and they said it was an old SIM card that could not be activated. I read several other customer reviews saying the same thing happened to them when ordering this SIM through Best Buy.

This network did not work for me, mostly zero network bars on my phone. I could hard use it make or receive calls

180. Became 200. With tax for 12 months of Mint Mobile Cell service. Unlimited phone and text, also the phone serves as a hot spot. This card was a gift, I've had Mint for 13 months with no problems. As far as Best Buy goes, this is a Best Buy. I easily purchased online with no problems

Top notch? No. Is it good enough? Maybe. Buy a month and see. Then you’ll know if it works okay where you live and travel. I had strong signal in the city, so-so in the suburbs, usually none when farther ou in the less populated areas. Hotspot is limited to 5gb and that isn’t good and the reason why I’d really only give it two stars.

Good service and easy to use. Mint Mobile is an excellent choice to avoid high prices by other providers.

The product is fine but having to order it online and it not being in the store anymore is stupid …

It's enough to get the job done most of the time provided you are not a heavy internet user.

As I said before what I received looks exactly like what I got when I first signed up. I don;r know what it is. Looks like a three month sim card. I want to return it for a full refund. How do I do that? R.A. Pfisterer

I believe it to be one of the best wireless plans out here now days the yearly subscription I think it's one of the best options what you pay yearly other places charging monthly so one of the best products I've had used

I am extremely disappointed with Mint Mobile. I used my phone number for only four months, yet they continued to charge me without my approval. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support, no one provided a proper resolution, and they refused to issue a refund. It is completely unacceptable for a company to charge customers without proper communication or authorization. The lack of accountability and customer support has been frustrating. I do not recommend Mint Mobile to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy service provider.

I love it and the customer service at the Best Buy in Woodbridge was outstanding.

Very bad service. So bad I gave up and accepted the lost not only of my money but also my time. Priceless!!! Mint sounds like a great deal until you discover the poor customer service. Service still matters. A deal is only valuable when it works. Mint does not work for me. Good Luck!!!
