Perfect for me. Read the reviews, but its perfect for me. I have no problem with service, no dead areas (except where expected, where everyone does), good customer service.

I chose a new phone carrier and was delighted to be able to get what I needed quickly from Best Buy nearby. I was also new to this store and all personnell were fantastic.

Mint mobile product delivered very quick by bestbuy and product is good along with its plan

i prefer the 10 gig but this was good for the price. easy switch over from old carrier.

Good working service in outer sunset. Switching from Cricket because Mint offer wificalling for all phones. I dont have to worried about missing calls when in house

At the time this was one of the cheapest 3 months of cell service you could get, since then there have been new options released that are better.

Good item, staff were helpful both on phone call and in person at the store. 3 months and 3 free when you activate with them. No service plan.

I got this on a Deal of the Day for thirty bucks. Three months of great quality cell service for thirty bucks. I’m in Fargo and get 40 MBPS download speed. Mint is pretty awesome.

This is a great cell phone plan for my father. He is a senior citizen and just needs a simple plan.

Had trouble getting service. Would say I needed to hook up to internet which I already had. Called service department and they had me pull the SIM card, reinsert, and they refreshed it. Seems to be ok at the moment, but I was not pleased having so much trouble with a new phone and new service provider. Service center was very helpful however.

Excellent customer service - courteous and efficient.

I am a new costumer to Mint Mobile and purchased the 3 month plan at 5 gigs during a sale/event at the end of 2018. However, when my card arrived and I activated it, I was only allotted 2 gigs (despite the packaging and best buy purchase starting 5 gigs). When I called to correct the issue, Mint Mobile said I was to blame for not activating before the sale ended. I said it was impossible because the sale ended while the activation card was still being shipped and it seemed unreasonable to not honor what I paid for. The customer service rep said he had to confirm with Best Buy and would call me back but obviously that did not happen and my plan was never corrected. I will be switching.

No complaints so far with this plan, I have not experienced any problems and the calls are clear na fin drop offs

Mint is having good connectivity and i got this in deal. Its my 4th mint sim. Go for it
