When activate the card, you can call and text but no WiFi. Called customer servers time and can’t get it fixed .

Easy to setup - comes with a sim card with adapters of varying sizes to fit different sim profiles. App is easy to use - Gives a new number for new connection and setup is a breeze.

Number ported over in a couple of minutes. No problems. The 3 month additional credit showed up the next day in the account. So far so good!

Mint Mobile - 10GB/mo Phone Plan - 3 Months of Wireless Service - works as expected. Speeds are Ok and similar to other MVNOs.

Nice packaging. Purchased this kit after needing it fast and couldn't wait for it to arrive by mail via website order. Card was unable to be activated due to code being "used 5 months ago" as stated by chat rep. There was no way to speak to a live agent...had to chat through their app which kept refreshing itself. Total nightmare to use. Returned and exchanged for another kit...same experience. Seems like they may lose track over codes being re-issued or whatever. Was very optimistic that this would work. May be a good fit for some, it just didn't work for me after two tries.

Perfect for when u getting kids phone for the first time without the big monthly fees from putting them on your plan

Good for a low cost phone service with 3GB of LTE data. Uses T-mobile towers. Make sure T-mobile signal is sufficient.

Sim card came with an invalid activation code. Mint Mobile confirmed it was invalid and that I needed to contact Best Buy. Best Buy told me to go into a store, I don't even live near one, and gave me no other options. Very poor customer service and bad experience. Probably a good idea to not buy sim cards from Best Buy.

We bought this service for our son so he could text and FaceTime his friends during this horrible pandemic. Mint mobile has been a blessing for him.

i don't know why more people don't use these. I got mine half price on the "deal of the day".

I’ve tried a few of MVNOs. Mint is not the cheapest but reliable. Their customer service is better than most. I’m on AT & T.

good. signal quality is good in the area i stay. but i think renewal price is 25 instead of 15

Switched from google fi and pleased so far. Port occurred in minutes and everything worked well. Cannot beat the price for the data.

The customer care person that was the keyword WAS helping me to get a new SIM card for a phone decided he would rather help a couple college kids with their shopping issues, and when he came back he told me that I would have to make an appointment and come back, as he’s leaning on a box of printer paper doing nothing really, because they are super busy and things like that take time away from the sales person and they can’t do their job? It’s all customer friggin service and why am I not important you take my money and then make me feel like less than! It’s sad that a person with physical ailments and problems gets told to basically keep lips shut be quiet and pray for the best!
