    Product works great, but when I first received the SIM from BestBuy I opened it and the activation date was already expired so I had to call Mint to get it reactivated so I could use it. Then it took almost a week of back and forth calls with Mint about activating my new SIM and phone till we figured out that the SIM I was sent was defective.

    Really works as expected. The plan and data rate is really the best out there. Used to use Xfinity Mobile, but this is almost a 3rd of the cost and I thought they were cheap! Only gripe is if you are around a lot of users on T-Mobile you can get some poor service. It only happened to me once so far though, during a traffic jam.
