It basically contacted my previous provider for my account information and to keep my old number. It took less than an hour and the service is better than what I had at Verizon. It also includes a mobile hotspot!

Best Buy customer service SUCKS

I ordered in April 2025 the above card to refill my yearly mint plan. The card was never delivered by UPS and finally declared "lost." I paid for the card with $120 worth of Best buy credit card points and paid remainder on PayPal. I have reached out to BB customer service many times for a full refund of each payment type. Each I was told the matter would be resolved within 72 hours to five business days. It hasn't and it's been months.

I was using this card for spare phone while I had family visiting and it worked well, connection was just as good as my other Tmo phone.

We hope that corporate reaches out and betters this situation, but will keep this review at 1 star in the meantime.
