So if you are trying it out like I was planning to do be warned. Also their website is not always correct when checking what phone model works. Just save yourself the trouble. Best Buy doesn’t refund on sims either.

Why can i purchase a product that isnt actually available and it goes through my account? So then i have to wait 10 days for my $$ back or find another location its in. Which in my case took 4 trys and driving to a location over an hour and 20 min away. Dont charge for a purchase until you actually pull it from the shelf. Orherwise kinda fraud.

The only thing I desliked it’s very hard to keep your number in your phone, I had to create a new one because the mint mobile agency was not answering.

Price wise it’s excellent, I did notice it periodically dropped calls even in areas with great service but overall I think it was good value and I’m mostly satisfied.

Was looking for a new prepaid service for my other phone instead of using Simple Mobile or adding on to my contract with my personal cell. This was a great alternative, especially with it being 3-months and not having to worry about paying month to month. If you have great service with T-Mobile in your area, this will work perfect! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

It really depends on if the T-Mobile towers are good in your area. The next town over does not have very good service, but they don't really have good service with AT&t towers either. It is really a good package value-wise though.
