Mint mobile product is good but Best buy not good

No issue with 4g, call, or internet service at all. My mom loved it so much we got the 1yr plan. Best price for unlimited service. Customer service needs to improve though.

Service is provided on the Tmobile Network. Good customer service provided by Mint (they have a phone number to call with questions, unlike some other prepaid services)

Activation and porting was straight forward. Within 2 days of activation, the offer was applied to my account from Mint and I got 3 months additional plan added on my account.

Works on T-Mobile's network so your coverage may vary. Pleased so far with service.

I have been using Mint for over a year. This was an early Christmas gift to our Don and Daughter-in-law. I have had great coverage and no dropped calls. No problem traveling so far.

But the only downside is you have to pay 12 monthin advance (annually) if you want to renew at the advertized price.

But sometimes the data is not really 4G even though it says it is of which slowness tests my patience. However, for the price I pay, I can't really complain.
