The great and friendly Best Buy app 2. How accurate all details were. 3. The speed of shipping home. 4. The High Quality of all items. Great job Thank you for being a great store, enabling me that satisfaction! I'd be definitely return back to search and, very likely become a loyal customer :)

I chat with an AI and I was transferred to a service called JUSTANSWER which charged me $5 and was not able to install it. We wasted more than 30 minutes. Finally I returned it to Best Buy and they refunded the purchase price. Later my Credit Card was charged by JUSTANSWER for an extra $55 for membership. I had to call them to refund the membership. Waste of Time
