this was my second card the store ordered for me because the first was expired in 2022 surprise when the second came in it was also expired

I had to buy the mint mobile from they company's DIRECT website. Before that, I purchased this through Best BUY TWICE, and each time, the packets were fully closed, but NO SIM KIT inside.

Don't work in my zipcode cant contact anyone for refund had to default means of recovering my money

It was sealed but did not come with the sim kit. You should order form Mint mobile's website.

This sim card was invalid and customer support was unable to help at all. The price was great, and i was excited. It us unfortunate that i was not able to take advantage of the offer.

Service is a bit spotty. A lot of dropped calls, still on the fence but the initial first month kind of was a big let down.

Mint mobile is ok far needing a new number but when life happens & the sim card is lost or stolen before you ever get a chance to put it in your phone, good luck getting any kind of help there. Best buy tells me i need to call mint moble so i do, mint moble tells me i need to go talk to best buy. Not wanting to deal with the guy that woukdnt even hear what i had to say about the whole deal i go and chat with someone through the mobile app and he actually hears what im saying, or so i believe. He has a shipping lable created and emailed to me so that i could send the receipt and packaging back to them and they would take care of it. And do you think they took care of it? Ya, they took care of what evidence i had to take back to mint moble so that i couldnt do anything to get a replacement. And im guessing with all the num ers and bar codes on the packaging, no one has the smarts or technology to actually see if someone activated the card or what. Do not buy from bestbuy, they do not hear what ppl are trying to tell them. Bad service bad support.

Just don't do it. Not worth the headache, especially when you need to port the number out because you really hate their c.s.

Good service but a kind of bait and switch. They double the prices if you keep it longer than the intro. But, it does work and the hotpot does work. I think they would do better if they kept the prices the same as the intro because it is definitely sticker shock. I think a prepaid bargain price would make people stay longer. If you just need a few months then it is a good deal but for longer read the fine print.

I would recommend Mint to anyone looking for an affordable and quality phone carrier.

Nice service and can't beat the deal especially with the free week to try it. People always find my number so I have to change it a lot, it took 3 weeks and I had to change my number.. can do it a total of 3 times and I'm not sure if the stalkers can let me use the whole 3 months program. Fast connection when it works and being who I am I should have a home Internet sim in my phone lol. Not their fault but I would like to be able to change my number whenever I need to. Otherwise it is better than expected. If they accepted Bitcoin it would be an automatic 5 stars, dollars are expensive to buy and even more expensive to hold.
