Does Not Work on Cruises Mexico

It didn't I had seven day trial and due to unforseen circumstances, I used it up in one day. i was required to buy 3 months. The goal to use on the cruise, was entirely wasted as it didn't work at all .

Called and support said they'd enter it. Entered it wrong so I couldn't verify then said they couldn't help me because they couldn't verify me. Stole 6 more months of contracts because I couldn't find the receipt because I don't remember what my total was or purchase date and they wouldn't help with that either.
