I switched to Mint Mobile because of the price but it has terrible service in my area ( Milwaukee). Drop calls, missing calls, no voice mail notification are some of the pain I gone through during 3 months service

After the pandemic and the Sprint merger their service got really bad. I don't recommend this NVMO anymore in the South Florida area it is too unreliable and slow.

Not Easy to Switch from Boost to Mint Service...

The activation number to get the service is in tiny light grey print on a white background. The most important number on the supplied card is in tiny print while a cartoon character takes up much of one side of the supplied plastic card. Customer service was no help. A horrible experience.

Was a waist of time with no help in getting this sim activated.
