Bought for my mother in law. So much easier and cheaper. She was paying outrages prices for tmobile and with a huge data plan. 4g is just enough for her and it uses the same tmobile towers. So it was a no brainer to get.

Best buy provided excellent service during the purchase. Item itself works. Installation and number porting went great. Service is where there is room for improvement. In certain areas of my town it works great but otherwise the coverage is poor. Going out of town on highways there is almost never any service. I guess that is due to T-mobile towers. I have another phone on spectrum mobile (using verizon towers) and it works absolutely great. Will switch to spectrum after 3 months are done.

I Went from a s7 to s9....I dropped my old phone on the road several times and the screen was cracked everywhere, but still worked great. So far I really like s9 and have a Unicorn beatle case which is great...feels good in hand and protects phone perfectly. Still getting used to this new phone

Although the "activate by" date on the packaging was out of date, this was invalid since I was able to successfully activate the SIM.

It was super easy to follow the instructions and the cellphone reception is surprisingly good. The only downside is the phone number mint offered was previously used by someone and I keep getting a lot of spam calls and texts.

Actually I was trying to keep my old number but when I went through process it shown old number will be transferred later but not transferred

Love Mint Mobile, however the online pickup was a real hassle. I ended up waiting at one store just to be told they didn’t have this item. I had to drive across town to get the item before it was sold just to make sure I could get cellphone service that night.

Decent sim(Carrier) for an International Student as we don’t have SSN or anything to buy a SIM card.

For very little use that I do with my phone but there is a need to have one, this service is VERY excellent with VERY excellent pricing plans.

Great service and easy to switch from my current provider. The Mint App provides lots of great mobile plan information too.

Love Mint. I don't use them as my primary carrier, but I always watch for these to go on sale and grab them whenn they have a promotion. The only downside is they have to be activated within a certain period. Not ideal. But I can cope.

I haven't had any issues with the service but phone has been ringing and texts coming in from previous owner.

Easy install and register, I buy for kids smart watch, and this work fine, Only I need put IMEI of a valid phone then run fine

Mint is wonderful if you are looking to save money and use T-Mobile as your carrier. All features, like Visual Voicemail, work with no problems, and their support is great, super friendly and fast. For the price you can't beat them.

Works great. Was a little tricky to install, as you need wifi to load the app to begin using the sim card. But no complaints since.
