    It was sealed but did not come with the sim kit. You should order form Mint mobile's website.

    Spent $90 on absolutely nothing but trash there was no sim card in the package I returned the item and I'm still waiting on a refund

    I had a few issues with setup, but they resolved themselves after a few reboots. Numbers are limited and they don't offer a choice they just assign one, if you are not porting. Service has worked just fine, but paying full price is much higher than the cards are and even more so when they are on sale.

    I gave it to someone as a gift and I was told that the data seemed to have somehow escaped as more than 7 gb was already used up in the first 4 days.

    Mint mobile is ok far needing a new number but when life happens & the sim card is lost or stolen before you ever get a chance to put it in your phone, good luck getting any kind of help there. Best buy tells me i need to call mint moble so i do, mint moble tells me i need to go talk to best buy. Not wanting to deal with the guy that woukdnt even hear what i had to say about the whole deal i go and chat with someone through the mobile app and he actually hears what im saying, or so i believe. He has a shipping lable created and emailed to me so that i could send the receipt and packaging back to them and they would take care of it. And do you think they took care of it? Ya, they took care of what evidence i had to take back to mint moble so that i couldnt do anything to get a replacement. And im guessing with all the num ers and bar codes on the packaging, no one has the smarts or technology to actually see if someone activated the card or what. Do not buy from bestbuy, they do not hear what ppl are trying to tell them. Bad service bad support.

    If you already have mint they won’t let you keep your nr. It is marketed to attract new customers but not clearly advertised as such. Also it has an expiration period of 1 month (If I recall right). So even if you plan to forfeit your old nr. you can only use it once if you buy multiple cards as the 2nd card will expire before your 3 months service is out.

    This was a buy 3 get 3 free months card, but Best buy is not indicating that any where. You walk away from store with benefit of doubt.

    so difficult getting it activated, eventhough I checked the phone compatability before I purchased. CSR was not helpful

    Data never worked properly. Called tech support 7 times. They never resolved the issue and delayed matters until the 7 day refund window passed. Finally switched to Visible and everything works great. Ported out of Mint Mobile and lost $65.

    Mint Mobile was a waste of 45+ dollars. The reception was poor, my voice mails were released to me once a day!! I want a refund, but read on Best Buy's website that these sim cards and plans are not refundable. I reduced my wireless cell phone costs by using Verizon prepaid. Same Verizon service at 45% of the cost.

    Great service, purchased along with a Samsung Galaxy A13 for cybersecurity conference. Had no issues with cell service and renewed for a yearly contract!

    VERY POOR COVERAGE

    Mint advertises that they use T Mobile network which has very good coverage in NW Montana. But after buying, I have no service and when directed to the Mint Mobile coverage map I see very poor coverage everywhere west of the Rockies. Tech support very hard to understand.

    MINT service is great and buying from bestbuy directly gives you a discount of around $10 which you would need to pay when buying directly from Mint

    Did not work. We tried three different SIM cards in store and none of them would activate. Wasted four hours dealing with both Best Buy and Mint Mobile.

    This is a clown show of a company! E-sim didn't work on my iPhone i had already paid 3 months so then i bought the physical sim at best buy and another 3 months of service and it worked and the next day they canceled my service. They said they could not activate my service and keep my same number that was ported over to them in the first place. The most infuriating 2 days ever.
