Customer support couldn't help at all and I couldn't even get a refund. Mint mobile has terrible security and customer support. It's not worth it. I would do a chargeback if I could.

Not worth the cheap price, go with total wireless

I pre paid for 6 months of service and did not use 1 day of it due to NO service. 3 months later and I still have no refund. They keep telling me they issued one and it will show in 10 days or that they can't.
