Mint mobile made the switch to their service easy. Instructions in their app were spot on. So far the service has been excellent and MUCH less expensive than their competition.

Trying out this wireless service was a no brainer because of the value. I already tried using this service from a friend's phone and thought it was a decent service provider. The more I used them I was convinced of trying the service myself.

Great inexpensive cell phone service. Calls, texts and data work w/o issue. Very easy to set up and port existing number out. Try to port out your existing number at the end of your current billing cycle because some carriers do not credit you for unused days.

Although it’s my first phone carrier I joined, it’s cheap and better than what I think other phone carriers can give. It’s helpful and good with connection (due to it coming from T-Mobile’s 5G antennas). If you want to pay less and get good connection it’s a safe bet to go with Mint Mobile.

Hotspot sharing only permitted up to 10gb. Easy to set up.

Mint mobile is nice to get someone up and going. It’s fast and efficient to setup. After 3 months the price goes up.

Had lost indoor ability to get a signal on my older 5s phone when they upgraded old provider network. The service is fantastic indoors with Mint Mobile whether in the basement, main level or upstairs. The 3 month intro was the ideal way to affirm what the service will be with current equipment. Plan to get a 12 month plan.

very easy to activate. support wifi-call on T-mobile network, which can make it easy to call even you do not have good signal.

Purchased for my Dad to use. The price was right and he had no complaints about the service quality. He was also able to use it with an older phone, whereas other providers are requiring 4G-capable phones for new customers.

Excellent service, it's cheapest than any other carrier. So, I have no regrets switching to Mint mobile and I encourage everyone to do the same.

Mint has been the absolute best non-contract cell service we have tried. Spectrum was lousy and visible was a complete joke. Mint has been perfect!

So far I'm very happy with the service.I haven;t had any issue and it offers great deal based on the price. I guess we will see how responsive customer support is, since they don't have retail offices.

I have has Mint mobile for a about a year now and the service and reception is great. I keep buying the 10GB Plan - 3 Months of Wireless Service because it is much cheaper doing it this way than renewing your plan with Mint Mobile.

A very good value for money. One of the best services with the cheapest monthly payment I know of.

The BEST decision I have done in years and moved from big name provider to this. Trust me, there is NO difference in service and if you want to save a ton of money, switch to Mint and use the money you save to buy yourself the latest phone that you are dreaming. You will still come ahead with that.

Within the 3 day window of purchase date I attempted to return this to the original store location, due to the service continously dropping calls, poor connection, etc. Best buy did not allow me to simply return this poor quality phone service and we are deeply disappointed. We hope that corporate reaches out and betters this situation, but will keep this review at 1 star in the meantime.

The customer service is not always helpful but the plans are good. I like the "pay once for the whole year" part. Overall, im happy with the service.

Love the plan, mint has made it simple and affordable. No issues to report as of now!
