The 3-for-3 promo for new customers makes it super cheap starting out. SIM activation was simple through the phone's browser (app not necessary) and porting the number from the old carrier took about half an hour. I couldn't care less that a movie star owns and promotes the company, only that the network service is good enough, which seems to be the case.

I had used Verizon for 10 years but in my new residence the quality was terrible. I signed up for Mint solely to test out the TMO network and was shocked how well it worked. I have 5G speeds and calls no longer go straight to VM. I will be sticking with Mint at the end of the 3 month period. Well worth it.

Followed the instructions, was able to switch wireless service provider, and saved a lot of money doing so without any service interruption. Mint Mobile service has been great, glad I purchased this item.
