This is Good price for the services, I very like them

At $15/mo, it was in my budget. However, the internet has been kind of spotty and slow. I’m wondering if other companies that have a plan around the same price would be better (Redpocket, etc.)

I love Mint. It's the best value, and it works great on the T-Mobile network. I haven't had much luck getting the referral bonuses, though. They stiffed me in the old referral system, and the new referral system isn't worth even thinking about.

I first got the 3 months deal , it was good at first but then got this 12 months and it’s horrible, I usually end up not having service: signal for hours, I guess you get what you pay for.

I have been happy with mint mobile service for three years. They are not the problem. I ordered in April 2025 the above card to refill my yearly mint plan. The card was never delivered by UPS and finally declared "lost." I paid for the card with $120 worth of Best buy credit card points and paid remainder on PayPal. I have reached out to BB customer service many times for a full refund of each payment type. Each I was told the matter would be resolved within 72 hours to five business days. It hasn't and it's been months.

Really fast for just 8gb and works very good for calls

Good network (same as T-mobile), reasonable amount of data. It is easy to switch to Mint, and download an app to access your account on your phone.

Mint sim card service very good and I tried NC, SC and Florida very good service

The quality is the same as my plan with "aye tee and tee" withought the 180$ per month bill.

what more do you want. the best plan for a prepaid line...international calling at 1cent/min for 100 min/month.

This review has nothing to do with Best Buy. Mint Mobil is an economical phone plan thats hard to beat cost wise. Phone service is great. However phone internet is another matter. Its downright horrendous and literally conetely unusable in many areas. Literally the worse cellphone internet Ive ever had. Seldomly it would work good. Many times it was slower than dialup internet or would simply crash from load times being so long. If you dont mind imternet pages taking 1 minute to 5 minutes to load well then Mint is for you. It ismt for me. I paid for a full year up fromt smd stuck with it since I paid for it. Dont do that!!! If you try Mint Mobile try it for a month or 2. Dont by 6 month plans or more. I have heard from some that say they had decent speeds in a few big cities both most cities and every rural area all I have to say you wont be happy. If all you need is phone call service and phone internet is not necessary at all well then Mint is a great plan. I went through hours of support with them a dozen times includimg changing phone setting and sim cards. Complete waste of time. As soon as I switched to another provider all problems were fixed.

Very happy with the new cell phone service. As a bonus, BestBuy had a nice discount on the price.
