I was a T-Mobile customer and the Mint Mobile uses the T-Mobile network so this was a no-brainer. I didn't notice any difference in service after switching.

I've had this service for a little over 3 months now and it is better than any other major carrier and I've had them all! Definitely recommend it.

No limits on high speed hotspot usage (except if your on the unlimited plan), and I’ve experienced great coverage whether I’m in NY or FL. If you need a low cost plan without all the bells and whistles, this service is for you.

However if you try to refer someone be careful and make sure you do it online with the company or they will not give you credit for it if you buy the SIM card separately and activate new phone through the SIM card and not online

Overall i am happy. its is a good value and works well they do throttle speeds. So some people may not like it. but for daily use very good. generally get around 5 to 30 speeds on 4g but it all depends where you are. if you are close to towers like in Manhattan you will get 90 to 300! but still fast enough for my purposes. they do have some 5G but they throttle you down on that too.

I am a power user so I got the unlimited data plan, and even after my 35 gigabytes of data are up, I still rarely see a slowdown in speed. Wish I had switched sooner.

As for buying it from Best Buy was a seamless experience- got a good price and was easy to activate and get on board

I'm really cheapness it comes to mobile service, was using FreedomPop (until they randomly killed my account for absolutely no reason), so yes, was very ghetto with my service. using Mint is a massive upgrade, night and day difference, couldn't be happier.

So far, the Mint mobile network (T-Mobile) has been working flawlessly. Too bad this is only a one-time deal otherwise I would have bought several more!

The changeover was easier than I thought just need your account number and pin. Can’t tell the difference between my coverage and saving ~35$ a month.

Mint mobile signal is strong as T mobile.

How do I know that? I tested it and compared it at different places indoor and outdoor. Internet speed and voice quality was very good so them what I need.
