    I was very pleased with my purchase. I liked that I could upgrade my plan to something better for myself and it was super easy to do. Definitely recommend this for people who do t want to be stuck in a contract.

    I works well on TMobile system but no domestic roaming. It would be nice if you can by the sim kits to add onto an existing plan but it does not work that way and so far the only option is renewal through Mint. When renewing through Mint your charged tax and other fees that are not tax on the sim kits.

    Switch my VZ was super quick, took me less than 10 minutes for the entire process. Happy to be saving a lot, but ever since I switched I only get 2-3 bars vs, 4 bars always on VZ. My home is my world since March, so haven’t noticed any issues with the call quality, but glad to be saving some dough!

    Because of problems I had with ATT, I switched to Mint. Wasn't easy setting things up but got it done with the help of Mint team. You just have to willing to wait to talk to a real person, about 45 minutes.

    I like Mint so far. Mint customer service kind of sucks, don't buy a phone from them, because it is an act of congress to return it, but if you already have a phone, or can buy an unlocked phone, the service is cheap, and I've never had an issues with connectivity.
