||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I drove 20 miles to BestBuy to purchase a Mint Mobile 3 month plan. After I bought the package and got back home, I took the package out, it was sealed and looked brand new. However when I opened it up, there was no sim card inside of the package, how is this even possible ? To make matters worse, today was the last day to cancel my plan with my previous cell provider, but since there was no mint mobile sim card, I could not activate mint mobile and cancel my previous provider so they charged me $70 dollars. So now I have to drive another 20 miles to buy another sim card which will cost me 80 miles in gas and $70. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK TO SEE THAT THE PACKAGE CONTAINS A SIM CARD BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE.

Android not so well. the mms settings and data is not automatic set. so ,you have to Google different setting because mint online setting did not work on my phone

Switched tom T-Mobile because I was sick of random fees and charges and bad service. Customer service for mint is wonderful, and very helpful. I think the longest I’ve ever waited was like 10 mins.
