Love Mint. I don't use them as my primary carrier, but I always watch for these to go on sale and grab them whenn they have a promotion. The only downside is they have to be activated within a certain period. Not ideal. But I can cope.

This was a really good deal to start off when I activated my account with mint. I've been happy with the service so far as I've kept my plan so far. Really good deals from mint when you prepay for the year.

You get the service you expect from the amount you paid for

Good service. Runs on t-mobile network, but so far so good. I left T-mobile to move to mint, as I don't use too much data, and this is much better pricing for me.

Opened the package at home and there is no SIM Card . The packet is perfectly sealed but it seems there is a way to remove the card without opening the packet. I talked to the manager who understandably, referred me to corporate. Do yourself a favor and verify the packet does contain the sim card BEFORE leaving the store.

I tried this promo 2 years ago & it didn't work out so well (network too slow). I tried again this year and it seems the network is much improved & a lot faster. It's worth giving it a chance without breaking the bank.

Mint is wonderful if you are looking to save money and use T-Mobile as your carrier. All features, like Visual Voicemail, work with no problems, and their support is great, super friendly and fast. For the price you can't beat them.

My expectations of Mint Mobile have by far been surpassed! I switched to this service from Verizon and often times forget that I switched because things have been going so flawlessly. Only a few times so far was there a poor signal but with the areas I was in, that was to be expected.

Picked up my MintMobile Prepaid Sim Card kit without issue. Installed and activated in my existing phone and I love my service and the lower monthly cost. No more being locked into excessive fees from the larger carriers. I recommend Mint Mobile to everyone.

I was dreading porting over my number from AT&T prepaid to Mint but it went really smoothly and I quickly got the service up & running. The limited data plan works fine for my use and don't need more.

I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.

I can't give 5 stars because, they advertised 55 plus get set up by. Anyone in blue shirt, that didn't happen

Purchased this for a teenager's Google Pixel phone. Great value and setup was easy to do. The low cost plans are good quality and easy to manage. Highly recommend for those looking for a good low cost mobile phone plan.

Sim card came with an invalid activation code. Mint Mobile confirmed it was invalid and that I needed to contact Best Buy. Best Buy told me to go into a store, I don't even live near one, and gave me no other options. Very poor customer service and bad experience. Probably a good idea to not buy sim cards from Best Buy.

We were able to leave the high cost cell providers for the same services for less cost.

I was with 3 different companies paying double for the same service.

Unlocked phones and instant sim card activations - I've missed this. Service will be updated under 30 seconds. In bought it for a friend and her service was up and running under a minute. If you have network challenges, restart your phone.

Best buy has been the place when it comes to buy electronics, every holiday period i have been purchasing from best buy.
