Trouble connecting to Mint service

Would say I needed to hook up to internet which I already had. Called service department and they had me pull the SIM card, reinsert, and they refreshed it. Seems to be ok at the moment, but I was not pleased having so much trouble with a new phone and new service provider. Service center was very helpful however.

I was also new to this store and all personnell were fantastic.

Good service for outer sunset area
