Average rating is a kind one. And, lesson to this consumer is you get what you pay for. Not something Best Buy pushed, but something specifically asked for, our mistake. PS: Fine with WiFi otherwise useless to us

Works too good my plans runs out mid month if I do not connect it to Wi Fi here and there

Purchased this kit after needing it fast and couldn't wait for it to arrive by mail via website order. Card was unable to be activated due to code being "used 5 months ago" as stated by chat rep. There was no way to speak to a live agent...had to chat through their app which kept refreshing itself. Total nightmare to use. Returned and exchanged for another kit...same experience. Seems like they may lose track over codes being re-issued or whatever. Was very optimistic that this would work. May be a good fit for some, it just didn't work for me after two tries.
