Trouble connecting to Mint service

Would say I needed to hook up to internet which I already had. Called service department and they had me pull the SIM card, reinsert, and they refreshed it. Seems to be ok at the moment, but I was not pleased having so much trouble with a new phone and new service provider. Service center was very helpful however.

Three months of great quality cell service for thirty bucks. I’m in Fargo and get 40 MBPS download speed. Mint is pretty awesome.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am a new costumer to Mint Mobile and purchased the 3 month plan at 5 gigs during a sale/event at the end of 2018. However, when my card arrived and I activated it, I was only allotted 2 gigs (despite the packaging and best buy purchase starting 5 gigs). When I called to correct the issue, Mint Mobile said I was to blame for not activating before the sale ended. I said it was impossible because the sale ended while the activation card was still being shipped and it seemed unreasonable to not honor what I paid for. The customer service rep said he had to confirm with Best Buy and would call me back but obviously that did not happen and my plan was never corrected. I will be switching.

Mint Mobile confirmed it was invalid and that I needed to contact Best Buy. Best Buy told me to go into a store, I don't even live near one, and gave me no other options. Very poor customer service and bad experience. Probably a good idea to not buy sim cards from Best Buy.
