First time did not work

The activation code was expired. I had to go back to Best Buy and exchange it for another. There was no problem with the exchange but took most of my afternoon to get my phone activated because of it.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The customer care person that was the keyword WAS helping me to get a new SIM card for a phone decided he would rather help a couple college kids with their shopping issues, and when he came back he told me that I would have to make an appointment and come back, as he’s leaning on a box of printer paper doing nothing really, because they are super busy and things like that take time away from the sales person and they can’t do their job? It’s all customer friggin service and why am I not important you take my money and then make me feel like less than! It’s sad that a person with physical ailments and problems gets told to basically keep lips shut be quiet and pray for the best!
