Since their SIM card was installed, my cellphone could not access the internet, just Mint's phone service. After ten days, the phone service failed too. I called Mint, and the Customer Service representative told me that two cell towers in my area were being repaired. According to her, the problem would be fixed very soon. Three days after that, the issue continued. I called Mint again trying to get some of my money back, but there is not such a thing as a fair refund policy with them. They did not have any record of my previous calls. Summarizing, unfortunately, with Mint you get even less than what you pay for. By the way, some of their customer representatives can be considered professionally rude.

Connectivity in a foreign country non-existent even tho they claim it. But the good thing is your prepaid international balance won't get used up since you don't have service.
