    Sim card came with an invalid activation code. Mint Mobile confirmed it was invalid and that I needed to contact Best Buy. Best Buy told me to go into a store, I don't even live near one, and gave me no other options. Very poor customer service and bad experience. Probably a good idea to not buy sim cards from Best Buy.

    The price is great! My calls are always dropping that is why I gave it 2 stars. I wind up using my other phone because I get a much better reception. I am not sure if I will be renewing my service .Customer service is great vert helpful.
