I noticed shortly after switching carriers that some social media apps such as facebook and instagram had been deleted. This happened right after I inserted the SIM card. I had to reinstall them afterwards. I also noticed the icons changed colors. The service is okay. Sometimes when I send a text message it takes a while for the other person to receive it. Some of the texts sent werent sent till about 15 minutes after. Sometimes it will say there's no service and it's waiting for service and it wont send the message.

So far, the signal is as same as the TM and I still have to rely on Wifi Calling when I am at home just like I had to with TM. The different is paying $20 a month vs $90. The TM included unlimited data and Netflix and other stuff which I don't use. Mint is just basic. The problem i had was that group MMS can only work up to 10 recipients ( i didn't have issue with TM) I chat with Mint support but the tech didn't know much about technical issue. I did some research and used Google Message app instead of that of Samsung. The problem solved. All in all, Mint is a no-brainer money saver if you don't need other bell and whistle.

Zero customer service!

Tried finding a real live person to help, apparently supposed to be available in select Target stores, but we tried 6 different stores and no Mint Mobile rep at any of them.
