    Westbury is the worst BestBuy store to purchase anything. None of our questions were answered, and the Fast Food employees couldn't be bothered to help. We had to research everything ourselves. I try and support BestBuy, but this store is a disaster.

    Poor network reception in my area. Tried to reach customer care several times but no network fix provided. It uses tmobile network, so if tmobile network is poor in you area, there will be no chance of this one to work.
