    Great promo but be sure to check your coverage! I've had calls dropped and people saying that they called me when my phone didn't even receive it as a missed call.

    This was a pretty good offer but the SIM received was already expired. Expiry date was written only inside but BestBuy should have a way to know this before selling. I had a to reach out the mint mobile to activate and has to spend a lot of time and finally got back to best buy to send me a replacement for which they charged taxes and fees again.

    Attention Delivery driver and Truck Lost in Wausau

    Product out on truck for delivery early this morning. Now delivery up to 4 days... wondering what happened to the truck and driver. Lost? Accident? Driver quit mid route? Up to 5 days for truck to make all its deliveries? Buy the driver a GPS maybe.

    It works great as long as you stay in a spot that will get service, when you drive and have your phone going through the speakers or as a passenger the phone with drop calls constantly and if you are on the phone sometimes you wont be able to get Internet. So again you get what you pay for.

    BEWARE!claimed #portable,phone compatible&service

    Checked accordingly to Mint Mobile Website if they provided service to my area, which they did. Then because I was gonna port my # in as well as BYOP it directed me to check compatibility of phone & to make sure unlocked. I did as the website directed. Said everything was good, provided coverage for area & device compatible. I also checked to make sure my # was able to be ported & website said it could be. Finally I decided to go ahead & purchase this plan rather than the 1 year up front, which is what I originally planned on doing. So glad I did as I would have been out even more $$$! Now Mint Mobile app says I’m all connected & actually gave me a new phone number, which I cannot even use. It is no longer returnable with Best Buy so I am out the whole amount. All I am happy about is that I didn’t get the annual unlimited plan like I originally planned on doing & decided to just try this. Have no working # currently as old one didn’t port as well as have a new one that I cannot access.

    So far mint service has been excellent. What made the offer to switch to mint was the buy 3 get 3 months free.

    Love the low price, Poor reception at times in the parts of the Pflugerville, Texas area. Switched from Verizon because had similar issues with Verizon service. Paid $75 /mon at Verizon and bill is now $20 /mon. Purchased 3 month, 10 gb data plan and got 3 months free. I’m staying with Mint. The Mint app is pretty easy to use.

    The description does not say that you must activate 45 days after purchase. And also does not say that it is not returnable. If you buy multiple than you are s!*t out of luck. I tried returning at a best buy and they told me that I should take it up with corporate. Worst experience of 2020 with best buy but that goes along with the theme of this year.

    Hidden: 45 day time limit to activate

    You need to activate the SIM card within 45 days or else you are just spending $60 on a small piece of plastic. The Best Buy product page did not state the 45 time limit, and it was not visible on the product packaging itself. The SIM card I received had a April 2021 expiration date, but turns out that has nothing to do with how quickly you must activate the card. Mint Mobile CS refused to make an exception, and Best Buy customer service said it was a Mint Mobile policy and therefore not their responsibility to share this information with customers. Very disappointed in Best Buy on this one for not standing behind the products they sell.
