The service uses T-Mobile which I’ve had before for yearsso I notice the difference in quality using the same device and using service in the same geographic locations.

Poor employee advice

Mint mobile told me i would need to purchase a new phone. Best buy would not refund the money for this sim card. Its too bad the employee in charge of the department couldnt warn me of this issue before i bought it. Im stuck with a sim card now that i cant do anything with unless i purchase a new phone.

Best Buy sent out another as a replacement but it too was not what it was branded to be. Mint would not resolve the issue.
