Hidden: 45 day time limit to activate

The Best Buy product page did not state the 45 time limit, and it was not visible on the product packaging itself. The SIM card I received had a April 2021 expiration date, but turns out that has nothing to do with how quickly you must activate the card. Mint Mobile CS refused to make an exception, and Best Buy customer service said it was a Mint Mobile policy and therefore not their responsibility to share this information with customers. Very disappointed in Best Buy on this one for not standing behind the products they sell.

Switched from Verizon because had similar issues with Verizon service. Paid $75 /mon at Verizon and bill is now $20 /mon. Purchased 3 month, 10 gb data plan and got 3 months free. I’m staying with Mint. The Mint app is pretty easy to use.

Not good service like at all

The service uses T-Mobile which I’ve had before for yearsso I notice the difference in quality using the same device and using service in the same geographic locations.

Zero customer service!

Tried finding a real live person to help, apparently supposed to be available in select Target stores, but we tried 6 different stores and no Mint Mobile rep at any of them.

Garbage Service
