Bought this item along with a 10GB card and another 4GB card and activated them on three new phones. The cards wouldn’t work on my new phones as my devices still had a carrier lock. Since I bought these from a BestBuy store, I couldn’t get a refund from Mint Mobile, and Best Buy wouldn’t allow a return of the SIM cards as they are considered final sale items. It’s best to buy the cards from Mint Mobile’s site directly as they offer a 7 day return policy, which I would have been within if I did that. I’m out $60, $45,& $45 for my three cards so $150 total.

I appreciate the start up offer, but it’s a hassle to switch later when the free trial runs out.

Is less than 1 an option? It should be, Don't make the same mistake I did! First, check and see if TMobile is worth a crap in your area. It's not in mine and I didn't know that's whose network Mint uses. I have dropped more calls in a few months with Mint than I did in a decade with Verizon. Their support is also terrible. Mostly chat, all overseas. They don't support Virtual SIMs, so if that's what your phone uses, you're SOL.

It works good sometimes and its really bad at otger times.

Didn't work in my area. I was told the speeds were good and checked to see if coverage was good in my area and it said it was on the website but it was very slow I was getting around 2-3mbps which is very low compared to my previous service 80mbps+ definitely not worth my money unfortunately.

You get the most bang for your buck! Cheap cost and great service! I don’t know how I never looked into this provider!

Just what we needed for travel, simple internet, but a little difficult to activate

Mint Mobile claims to have excellent coverage on its website In our area. When we activated the account we had no signal within a 30 mile radius. When trying to receive a refund the receipt would not load onto Mint mobiles website and when we tried to contact them through email or calling the company Mint mobile does not answer. Tripe check your coverage with this company they say they are lying where they have coverage and have no indention of refunding your money it it doesn't work. Go with a better company

I told the sales person I wanted the deal where I pay 3 months and I get free three months. However she did not provide me with the deal I requested for. Even though I received a 45 this doesn't add up to the deal I requested for. 3 months is equel to 90 dollars and not 45 dollars. When I called customer service for mint mobile, the nice young lady said that they would have provided the correct chip for my phone that is 6 months for 90 dollars.

Good deal for the money. However, service is spotty in certain areas and or just doesn't work at all!

The service comes from T-Mobile. Okay coverage but could be better.

I bought one to give to my siblings for Xmas on November 10th. On Xmas they tried to activate but was told that the card was invalid I emailed their support team and was told that there is nothing they could do that the card must be activated in 45 days from the day bought which means I just lost 180$ on these cards because I bought 3 for 60$.

Mint mobile service was good. Only issue i face was when i referred my friend, they mentioned about the referral bonus, which they did not give. I contacted the customer service with the proof of reviewing my friend, but they dont want to help.

Phone service is good. Dsta is eratic. 3 stars.. 4 for service.

Call quality is not bad compared to other carriers but lte is not upto the expectations.

I've had this service activate for less than a week & so far I've had problems with calls dropping & when I'm not connected to wifi service bars will constantly go up & down. I wish I wouldve read reviews on app before I made the final decision to purchase. On a good note... activation & number transfer was extremely easy.

Good phone in a pinch. Needs more coverage. With Blue phone for my son.

It only worked fine for 3 4 days. Then sometimes used to charge and sometime not.
