They both shipped together (as per the tracking info). After I received the package I didn't open it for a week or so (because of corona virus) and when I open the package I found only head phones and didn't receive SIM card kit.

Way overpriced from daily price. Best buy won't send the $20 egift card. Shows confirm email while account shows confirmed. No email ever sent for confirmation regardless of the multiple requests and customer service is a waste of time.

I was using the T Mobile version of US Mobile and was always able to call my son downstairs. Now with Mint, it just goes straight to voicemail.

Terrible customer service, garbage coverage

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When it takes the company 3 days to port in your phone number, you have minimal coverage (which is surprising as they supposedly use the same towers as your previous carrier), and your voice mails don't come it, you realize you made a mistake trying a new service. We bought the 3 month prepaid plan, and ditched it after just 7 days and a half dozen dropped calls. Buyer beware. If you use your phone for more than just emergencies, you will be sorry.

That proved impossible, the site said it could not activate the card, their help system hung up on me twice, the person on the chat help was useless, could not tell me why it could not be activated, just that I should take it back for a refund, and that is what I did.
