We bought the 3 month prepaid plan, and ditched it after just 7 days and a half dozen dropped calls. Buyer beware. If you use your phone for more than just emergencies, you will be sorry.

I was using the T Mobile version of US Mobile and was always able to call my son downstairs. Now with Mint, it just goes straight to voicemail.

Way overpriced from daily price. Best buy won't send the $20 egift card. Shows confirm email while account shows confirmed. No email ever sent for confirmation regardless of the multiple requests and customer service is a waste of time.

That proved impossible, the site said it could not activate the card, their help system hung up on me twice, the person on the chat help was useless, could not tell me why it could not be activated, just that I should take it back for a refund, and that is what I did.

Numbers are limited and they don't offer a choice they just assign one, if you are not porting. Service has worked just fine, but paying full price is much higher than the cards are and even more so when they are on sale.
