SIM card arrived very quickly. Mint customer service is always excellent as well if there are any activation questions.

App can not active shift from AT&T prepaid, must call service, used almost 3 hours finished.

The mint mobile sim cards work great for my cellular security cameras also use them in Verizon USB cellular modems.

Absolutely horrific experience. I opened the package back home and there is no sim card inside.

Buyer Beware: Don't use mint mobile unless you want to waste couple hours waiting to port out. This company does not obey the law and set obstacles for customers who wants to port out! Never use Mint again!

Worst purchase I ever made item didn’t work and I couldn’t return it to Best Buy. Tried doing the online return also a nightmare. That’s what I get for trying to save a buck. Sticking with Verizon

This product is only to set up a new phone and can’t be used to reload your account. In fact they don’t even make cards that can reload your account so if you want to pay with cash you can’t.

I thought you could have the SIM card here and place it any phone with any carried. To be able to activated and used it for 3 months as a Prepaid card. Well actually my son try it on his Apple 6 plus phone. It’s didn’t work/ he also try it on LG phone and it’s doesn’t work either. So I’m just wasting my money on it. I guess you have to find out whose or what phone will able to activate with this SIM prepaid card before you purchased.

Trash connectivity. Customer service seems non existent as well. I’d go with another provider. You get what you pay for?

I purchased this card on sale four months ago and am now unable to activate or receive a refund. Mint Mobile says the card must be activated within 45 days of purchase, which isn't noted anywhere on the Best Buy display or packaging. Very disappointed.

Decide what your minimal needs are for gigabyte for the time period you select. Pre-purchasing 3,6 or 12 months makes for very low dollar cellular affordability

This is quite a bargain, dont get me wrong. I thought I would be getting a less than perfect version of a T-Mobile line, but I had trouble connecting and using data in Manhattan and Queens while calling via WhatsApp or listening Podcasts.

The service is not that good. Had to call about the weak signal and my mobile data wouldn't work

I purchased 2 of these and both said the activation codes were invalid. Something that was supposed to be easy was a pain in the butt and I had to get a hold of Mint to figure it out. Really disappointing. They said this happens a lot with Best Buy.

These cards should automatically adjust with promotions being presented by the company. During the time of purchase, there was a promotion hhappening concurrently, hence the reason for the return.

It doesn’t even deserve one star. The service is horrible. Constant dropped calls. Always no service. Never again. They got me with pay for 3 and get 3 for free. Thought I was getting a deal. Nope joke on me.

BUY 3 MONTH PLAN . SLOW WORK NETWORK. NEED A NETWORK SYSTEM FAST .BUT SLOW

Purchased Buy 3 Get 3 months promotion for new customer (new phone #) and Mint Mobile never applied promotion. Happened on 2 accounts. Contacted MintMobile on numerous occasions, Mint said to follow up with BestBuy and BestBuy said to follow up with Mint.

I used the app and just followed the steps to activate the plan. Great service
