Great deal for great service especially when they have their buy 3 months get 3 months free deal going on. Can't beat it. It's basically T-Mobile without paying for the brand name.

My elderly father did not have a cell phone when we moved him into his new condo and the cable hookup wasn't scheduled 'till next week. So, I grabbed the Mint SIM kit from Best Buy. I was in and out in a flash. The on-line account creation was quick and easy. I popped the SIM into an old phone of mine (stripped down to the basics) and ran it down to him. Mint Mobile works as well as any of the carriers I've used in the past. The reception was awesome. The only problem I had was teaching the old man how to use the cell phone.

Great value. If TMobile service is adequate where you are using the phone, Mint Mobile should work well for you at a much lower price. Very happy with the service and the deal.

I was a Boost Mobile victim who had to wait out a one year sentence. Finally, my Galaxy S10 was eligible to be unlocked by those criminals! Switching to Mint felt great. Sure, you're going to get faster internet if you pay one of the big companies a hundred bucks a month. With Mint, you pay far less for what you need, and it's almost as fast. Perfect if you're on Wi-Fi at home and work. I have the 10gb plan with Mint. It's slow AF if you exceed and get throttled, but as long as you know this, who cares? Better than some awful company that TURNS YOUR INTERNET OFF!!

I got my son a Mint Mobile account three years ago, and he loves it. Buying all the minutes in advance does make it easier than a monthly bill. The service is as advertised, and my family might make the switch in the future.

Great product- easy activation and great service and value and I did not need to enter a credit card to complete activation which was nice considering I'm trying the service, but so far so good I've been to Florida, St Louis ,over to North Carolina and back down and I think I had service the entire time on 5G. Looks like I'll be signing up for this plan when this one expires in 2 months

I've had all the top companies for my mobile service, but I'm not a heavy user and it seems they are focusing on families/multiple users/heavy data users; they could care less for the individual user who just want a simple plan. For my minimal needs, Mint was PERFECT for me: inexpensive, better coverage than Verizon (at least here in San Diego, if you know what Verizon is going thru with MEX), and have had excellent, clear call quality ever since! So happy to have found Mint, don't think I'm ever gonna switch back to the big 3 again.

Overall, very happy with the product, works as it's supposed to. It was very straightforward to activate following the instructions. Also, checking the compatibility and coverage is pretty easy. The app is decently good, and the price plans are better compared to other carriers. The sticker label on the package said 4GB/month, but once activated, it says 5GB/month on the app, so not a big deal
