Worst experience ever! Tried to sign up my brother and I and they linked our phones, switched our phone numbers then tried to charge me a 3$ fee for another ESIM due to their poor installation. Not even 1 day with Mint and switched to Verizon.

Tried to use them but they lost my SIM cards they sent me, tried to tell me they delivered them (I had to convince the operator to look up the tracking on OnTrac's site), told me it would take 72 hours to process before they sent new ones out and it would take up to 3-5 days after that. They would not upgrade shipping for any reason. I cancelled it so we will see if they refund me. Go elsewhere.

Mint mobile customer service is not good. A lot of ramdom fees

This was an utter fail. Would not activate online. Then trying to create an account and provided credit card info it failed to create account. Then on phone I was told I had a card that was to be paid for at 7 eleven, and that I needed to pay $45 for service. Pay $45 to bestbuy then $45 more is not the deal bestbuy claimed. The agent then stated I needed to call back in an hour or more. Wonderful way to waste my time. This deal qualifies as too good to be true. Pay more, get more. I guess I will return it.

The question often asked is it legit, trustworthy. Lying by ommision about 3G ending in months as its fallback speed. Enough said. What to expect from another mind bender selling style. Does dr phil coach the craft of mind bending? and that 'wife' hiding behind that horrible cosmotology. She sells makeup! Obese oprah selling weightloss. Such the 'hollywood' entertainers craft.

Everything went smoothly, was able to pick up the order within couple of hours

Poor instructions. Almost impossible to install. Took hours of frustration.

Worst experience ever. Never had data. When finally reaching customer service on two occasions was charged $15 each time I called, still never having data if I was not on WIFI. Was given 15G of data that I could never use.

Best buy are brilliant! Mint mobile however are not! I've been with them 8 months and every day I get spam calls spam texts it's depressing! They've given me someone else's old cell number no wonder it's cheap

they told me my phone was compatible, took my money, then told me my phone was not compatible. 4 phone calls and a chat that went nowhere, i still haven't talked to a person and still have no service.

Used their RAF SIM kit and the person signed up. Part of this is a promo to get a credit for myself an the friend. Mint Mobile does not honor the program and refuses to offer the credit even though we have proof we used their process! AVOID!

No signal in Alaska at all. Although they claim they are using T-Mobile network which covers Alaska, they actually don't tell you they don't take full coverage where T-Mobile does. What a shame!

Not sure where the 5 stars are coming from. Mint baits their customers with promotions. Not so different than other carriers, except for their poor customer service and confusing app. I'd skip this if you're looking for something different. I'd take advantage of their offers but be ready to leave quick!..

Cheap but I have some issues. First, traveling in Texas, outside the big city I had almost no connection. But the biggest issue is that it does not work underground in the metro. I commute using Bart (in the east bay) and there is no connection once I get underground.

Data connection is about as bad as can be. On a good day I might get download speed of .5 Mbps. Chrome, youtube, and google maps are basically unusable. Phone and texting actually work though. Very angry I'm stuck with this useless service for 90 days

Read reviews on @mintmobilecares on Twitter. Customer service unhelpful. Unable to speak to a supervisor. Ordered Samsung phone/6 months of service $352. Phone did not work, returned day after it was recd. 3 weeks later still no refund.

The port failed during setup and I was given a useless phone number. Customer support couldn't help at all and I couldn't even get a refund. Mint mobile has terrible security and customer support. It's not worth it. I would do a chargeback if I could.

If you want a phone plan that works sometimes 50/50 and you don't mind that most texts don't go through. I'm surprised they can even offer this legally since it doesn't work properly.

I am very disappointed I don’t use now is zero internet Is garbage

The service is not good. I live in New Jersey, USA. Very populated, lots of towers. Plus my phone service does not work in my house and they would not refund my money.
