Easy to use and great customer service. Speed is good for my usage and enough of data.

I was tired of paying lots of money in my phone bill with Verizon, and I found the solution I needed. The activation process took less than 15 minutes, and the service was about the same or even better than what I had before. I am definitely satisfied with my new carrier.

Been trying this out to possibly switch from Verizon prepaid. I got the 3 months plus 3 free offer. Good way to test out everywhere I use my mobile phone. So far works good, but I've had tower issues twice. The signal goes down to 1 bar then had an x for no signal. Done this twice for several hours. Tried their customer service but they weren't of any use. I'll keep testing for they next few months.

Watch out on the RENEWAL, it will turn to $35 per month X 3 months = $105 for 3 months. Take note that this is a renewal price that you only get if you renew for 3 months and pay the total price of $105. If you pay monthly, the monthly will even get more expensive.

I have been a mint customer for 4 years now. The service has worked for me very well. Sure, there have been times when the service stopped working but it's understandable as it depends on the main service provider towers, in this case TMobile. If your service area doesnt have good coverage of TMobile, you can move on. This is not for you.

This cell phone service has met all of my expectations so far. Instead of paying at the end of the month, you pay at the beginning of the month. I’ve recommended it to family already. You don’t have to swap out SIM cards constantly, you can just buy month-to-month through you account, or add a longer plan (to save even more). Also, they upgraded everybody’s plans to unlimited GB during this COVID-19 pandemic, for free. Pretty cool!

Product was very easy to setup! The price is super efficient for the good service it provides. Cant beat 45$ for three months of unlimited data. This is our second time purchasing this product.

I was initially skeptical after using expensive premium phone services for years. But based on my experience so far, Mint Mobile is as good or better than any costly premium service I have used.

When are the big cell companies going to realize we don't want any contracts? Most people only use 2-3 gigs of data a month anyway. So, with Mint, I can pay $15/month for unlimited call/text and 2g data. The process is super easy with their website of instructional videos.

This is a great cell phone plan. Before you purchase make sure your area has good T-Mobile coverage. If not, Mint is not for you. Easy to activate, just insert SIM card, connect to Wi-Fi, download Mint Mobile App, enter the 11 digit activation code and you are all set to go. Activation took less than 1 minute.

Overall, paying more for more time allows me to feel stress free about my phone bills

I have to say this is worth buy. I bought my daughter a new phone and I wanted an affordable phone plan for her. Mint definitely has it. I bought the 3 months for $90 and got the 3 months free. She loves the service she said internet is fast. Has no problem making calls or texting. What amazed me was how easy it was to set up and get phone up and working. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.
