Been trying this out to possibly switch from Verizon prepaid. I got the 3 months plus 3 free offer. Good way to test out everywhere I use my mobile phone. So far works good, but I've had tower issues twice. The signal goes down to 1 bar then had an x for no signal. Done this twice for several hours. Tried their customer service but they weren't of any use. I'll keep testing for they next few months.

Love the service. its just as good as Tmobile service but much cheaper

Mint mobile has great service and is affordable. Just need an unlocked phone. Setup is easy. Just download the app and enter SIM card number and phone IMEI. If you buy during holidays, Mint usually gives additional months for free.

Everything works! Great reception! And where I live I have to use the Wi-Fi calling feature because reception is so bad and it works like a charm. Call forwarding works and I need it because I have hearing loss and I use a captioning program. So, I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Mint Mobile.

After researching different options, I found Mint. It's an affordable option for service. Our family has regular service through another carrier, but we don't get reliable hotspot service with no extra fees. Mint allowed us to get service on an extra phone we had in the house and will give a great backup hotspot for those of us working and schooling from home.

This is a great cell phone plan. Before you purchase make sure your area has good T-Mobile coverage. If not, Mint is not for you. Easy to activate, just insert SIM card, connect to Wi-Fi, download Mint Mobile App, enter the 11 digit activation code and you are all set to go. Activation took less than 1 minute.

Been using Mint Mobile for a year now and love the product they offer. Love saving tons of Money compared to other carriers. I was fearful that not have an unlimited plan with not work for me. I've adpated and never have ran out of high-speed data or needed to by more. My cell expense went from 1200 a tlyear to about 200.

The mint Mobile card works great, but nobody at Best Buy explained to you when you need to put it in a half Wi-Fi device and it is no is not compatible with that device. They said it will work so I brought three and can’t us and lost 140 dollars not mention time effort trying to get it set up

Not only is it easy to switch but it saves me lots of money... With five lines in two years I will save about $2,000 for the same service I had with Verizon. For $2,000 I can buy two brand new iPhones... No need to take advantage of their buy one get half off... And the service has been great. During this Covid 19 national emergency, they have made all lines unlimited at their cost. So far happy with this purchase!

Easy to set up, coverage is good with mint mobile and 15 dollars a month is cheap

Happy with the service, was looking to lower my bill as we are at home in lockdown mode. Data speed is great and hotspots works well. 8 gb is more than enough for me with hotspot so no complaints. Customer service was great, had issues porting my number and the rep was v patient and kept trying including 3 way call with other provider until issue was resolved.
