I have has Mint mobile for a about a year now and the service and reception is great. I keep buying the 10GB Plan - 3 Months of Wireless Service because it is much cheaper doing it this way than renewing your plan with Mint Mobile.

I bought this 6 month plan thinking I'd add to my existing plan. Turns out it is for a new line only. It didn't state this anywhere. It only mentions the three month discounted plan being for new lines only.

The BEST decision I have done in years and moved from big name provider to this. Trust me, there is NO difference in service and if you want to save a ton of money, switch to Mint and use the money you save to buy yourself the latest phone that you are dreaming. You will still come ahead with that.

So far I'm very happy with the service.I haven;t had any issue and it offers great deal based on the price. I guess we will see how responsive customer support is, since they don't have retail offices.

Mint Mobile I do not like you Nickle and Diming me for a new Sim card when your Sim Cards often malfunction every 1 to 2 years. It is silly to make your customers pay for your faulty sim card issues. When I call customer service (painful experience btw) I am always told that it is my device that has the issue... this happens every time and it is NEVER the device that has the issue which is proven when you send a Sim card to my device. Currently researching a new phone company. *I have 4 accounts in my family and have used many different devices. It has never been a device issue but a sum card issue... I know this because a new Sim card always solves the issue in the old device.

15 dollars a month is a fantastic deal when you think about it, especially when compared to what other providers are charging!

Have had a few weeks with the product and I cannot recommend it enough if you are money conscious, I was with ATT for 10 years and was basically paying 600-700 yearly and the service ain’t much different. My only complaint is the lower quality video streaming.

Fantastic price, ease of use, and keeps your number. Find another service that charges $90 for 6 months and unlimited data.

Great service switching from T-Mobile. The only hiccup was that the PIN asked for is a TRANSFER PIN not the PIN for the phone account. Other than that, it took only a few minutes to switch over our phone numbers. No difference in service.

Mint Mobile is a great new phone carrier option that is quickly becoming popular. Bought this on DOTS, and it was a great way to test the service at a cheaper price before deciding whether I wanted to switch over permanently.

Cheapest I ever paid for a SIM plan but it does the trick! Sometimes internet speeds are a little slower than expected but I was never in a situation where I couldn't get online.
