Followed the instructions, was able to switch wireless service provider, and saved a lot of money doing so without any service interruption. Lost service in Illinois and was not able to get it back for awhile in the area that we were in. Was not useful for using maps when data is lost. Not the greatest for reliability for traveling but locally it does fantastic.
