I chat with an AI and I was transferred to a service called JUSTANSWER which charged me $5 and was not able to install it. We wasted more than 30 minutes. Finally I returned it to Best Buy and they refunded the purchase price. Later my Credit Card was charged by JUSTANSWER for an extra $55 for membership. I had to call them to refund the membership. Waste of Time

The 3-for-3 promo for new customers makes it super cheap starting out. SIM activation was simple through the phone's browser (app not necessary) and porting the number from the old carrier took about half an hour. I couldn't care less that a movie star owns and promotes the company, only that the network service is good enough, which seems to be the case.

All in all, took maybe 5-10 minutes from start to finish, got an email confirmation alongside via the Mint Mobile App that my 3 months free had been added. To add to the awesomeness, $10 a month service that completely destroys my previous carriers' coverage, its a good day. Service coverage has been excellent, so far no dead spots, highspeed data, and no issues to date! BestBuy reps were extremely helpful in assisting in the curbside feature, if it goes back on sale, give it a go!
