I had used Verizon for 10 years but in my new residence the quality was terrible. I signed up for Mint solely to test out the TMO network and was shocked how well it worked. I have 5G speeds and calls no longer go straight to VM. I will be sticking with Mint at the end of the 3 month period. Well worth it.

Unfortunately, the second card did not work on an unlocked Nokia 3.1c from cricket due to radio band issues. (The Nokia worked on MetroPCS so idk why it had radio band issues). Refund on that one card was easy and took only a few days via PayPal. So the service for the first phone and return for the second phone was great. As for account number and pin I had to call mint for that info. I was unable to do that online.

I didn’t realize until a few days later & was told by Mint Mobile they couldn’t adjust the pricing
