If you can get activated the phone works great with their sim card and data plan.

Does not work for adding to existing service!

I had purchased a Mint Mobile plan 3 months earlier, their base plan, and with the sale price of this 3 month card it was less expensive than extending the service, and gave me more GB to boot. I bought the card, put it in the phone, but was not able to extend my service with it. A call to Mint's technical support got me to a difficult to understand gentleman who said these sim card kits were only for new customers (something not listed in the description or on the packaging. How hard would it be to add the words "New customers only"?). And it's non-refundable. The only way I could use it is if I generated a brand new phone number, abandoning the number I have had for over a decade. I basically threw my money away on this purchase.

Nothing else can beat the performance of this Iphone at this price point. Longer-support from Apple is also a plus.

I actually had Verizon prepaid for 3 years and hated their customer service and it way more expensive... this one is much cheaper but I also hate their customer services
